Employee of the Month for December 2014
Jasmine was nominated for "always being friendly and helpful at work. She always helps out and also looks for tasks to do to stay busy. She keeps a calm demeanor, even when it gets crazy. She is a great addition to the Midtown Occupational Health Services team!"
As an expression of our appreciation, Midtown awarded Jasmine with $200.00 gift card for Amazon, she will also be attending the Colorado Womens Chamber Luncheon in January.
Other nominees are: Ana Velasquez-"As a new employee at Midtown, Ana has learned the transcription system quickly and has worked hard to cover for Leticia's vacation". Billy Smits-"Billy is always willing to help his co-workers at Midtown with any task, no matter how busy he is." Blanca Macias had two nominations-"Blanca has been very helpful with billing office issues in Bob's absence. She is always willing to help with tasks in her new role in the marketing department and assisting with Spanish interpretation." her other nomination was for "TEAMWORK!!!" Helps answer phone calls that do not pertain to her. Saves the day when employers need help that others can't answer. "Thank you Blanca!" Christie Sanchez was also nominated twice, "Because she whistles when she works" and "for always going an extra mile." Daniel Santos-"Daniel always makes sure patients are taken care of before he goes to lunch or break. Often times Daniel will skip his breaks when we are real busy." Denise Pettenger-"Went above and beyond her expertise to help with kitchen duty". Diana Roque-"Diana works hard to get her work done everyday. She is great on answering incoming phone calls. Dion Gonzales was nominated three times -"Providing extra support at the Medical Assistants desk," "for always being helpful" and for "coming in early when Maritza was sick". Fidel Parra was nominated for "holding down the fort with Daniel when they are the only ones on duty at night." Israel Viurquez was nominated for "always going above and beyond without hesitation". Karina Alvarez was nominated "Working at the front desk can be very stressful. Karina is always polite to our patients and employer representatives". Kim Montenegro was nominated for "all her input and ideas on making Midtown a better place". Leticia Piria was nominated "Leticia always stops what she is working on to help the doctors find reports from specialist and patient visit dictations. She is especially helpful with Dr Andersons requests". Maritza Guzman had three nominations- one for "putting medications away while Isreal was on vacation." One for "being an awesome team player" and "Maritza is an excellent medical assistant who is knowledgeable and professional. She always has a good attitude and is willing to help. One of her best attributes is that she remains calm, even in a stressful situation. Thank you Maritza for being one of Midtown's pillars!" Michelle Martinez was nominated-"Michelle does a great job of managing all of the special reports for Midtown and she does it with a smile. She also helps when we are short staffed at the Front Desk, Billing Office, Medical Assistant desk or wherever she is needed.
