EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
has been nominated multiple times for Employee of the Month! Ana
was nominated for doing an outstanding job in Medical Records and being willing to help others. She was also nominated for always having a positive, friendly attitude and for sharing her snacks with the office staff. More than one nomination was for helping out with drug screens without being asked. “Thanks Ana” for being a great example and such an asset to Midtown.
As an expression of our appreciation, Midtown awarded Ana
with a DSW gift card in the amount of $200.00. She will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber luncheon in July as Midtown's guest.
Our entire staff
was nominated this month by one of our externs, who accepted a position at Midtown. We were recognized for helping her during externship and then once she was hired, we immediately made her feel a part of the team. The Billing Department
also received a nomination for “Good team work”!
was nominated for helping with billing, also for helping the medical assistants with drug screens and for reviewing paperwork with a smile. Carlos Zapata
was nominated for asking questions in order to give the best patient care and for his smile. Carolina Morfin
was nominated for helping with drug screen collections. Christina Rodriguez
was nominated for covering Diana’s position while she was on vacation. Christine Alvarado
was nominated for answering questions on referrals and for having a positive attitude. Daniel Santos
was nominated for putting away mediations when the shipment arrives, it is really appreciated. Diana Roque
was nominated for being a great team player by helping out where help is needed and keeping a great attitude. Dion Gonzales
was nominated for being a hard worker. Fidel Parra
was nominated for being a team player “all the time”. Karina Alvarez
was nominated for being so helpful with Medical Records and for helping before she is asked. Maritza Guzman
was nominated for her work ethic and knowledge. Also, for her patience and for being the best teacher and co-worker. Mayra Morales
was nominated for teaching payment entry “Thanks Mayra!”. Richard Kraus
was nominated for having such a great attitude. Veronica Perez
was nominated three times! One:
For rocking her job at the front desk and keeping a smile. ”She is positive and loves to joke around with the office staff. “Thank you Veronica for taking charge at the front desk and for being the “go to person.” Two:
For being a hard worker and for being very helpful. Three:
“Veronica handles the front desk with poise. She greets and treats patients with respect. She makes a very busy (sometimes hectic) position appear easy as she remains calm through it all.”
Wow! Another month of great nominations, our Midtown Team works hard and it’s nice to recognize those who excel.
