Midtown Congratulates Daniel Santos

Employee of the Month

Daniel was nominated for Employee of the Month for being exceptional with his training skills and helping medical assistants who are new to the team.
Thanks Daniel for being a great team player! As an expression of our appreciation, Midtown awarded Daniel with a gift card in the amount of $200.00 to Sports Authority. He will also be attending the American Society of Safety Engineers Lunch and Learn in March as Midtown's guest.
Ana Velazquez was nominated for helping the Medical Assistants with drug screen collections. Blanca Macias was nominated for helping the billing office with multiple tasks including month end reports AND for her outstanding performance in every department she works with. Bob Andrus was nominated for helping with urgent phone calls outside of his department.  Christina Rodriguez was nominated for being willing to jump in to help with anything that needs to be done.  Dion Gonzales was nominated for excelling with training medical assistants and making sure they have a clear understanding of procedures.  Fidel Parra was nominated for answering co-workers questions.  Isreal Viurquez was nominated for being very helpful and showing medical assistant responsibilities to staff new to the department. ALSO for giving a helping hand at the front desk.  Jasmine Hererra was nominated for always being willing to help with a smile, never saying "no" and for stopping what she is doing to help. "Positive attitude!" Leticia Piria was nominated for helping out at the front desk.  Maritza Guzman was nominated for being helpful with answering questions of people new to the department. Ryan White was nominated for helping with the move of the business office to their new area.  Thanks Ryan!". Svetlana Railsback was nominated for going above and beyond her "new" duties.  
We had many nominees again this month and I see this continuing as we work with such a great group of people. Thank you to all submitted this month's nominees as it's easy to get busy and forget to acknowledge those who are exceptional.
