Randy was nominated for:
- Excelling as a team player; in every department he works in
- Helping at the Medical Assistant desk after finishing his shift downstairs
- Awesome attitude
- Staying late with the night shift if he is needed
- Overall GREAT team player
- Helping out in the Physical Therapy Department when Jen was out
- Helping in the Billing Office when we’ve been short staffed, it’s appreciated!
- Entering physical therapy charges
As an expression of our appreciation, Randy received a Dinner and Movie gift card, a gift card to Dave and Busters and a gift card to Amazon all totaling $200.00. He will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber luncheon in April as Midtown's guest.
Shelly Leon was nominated for being a MAJOR help to the Medical Records Department, “Thanks for all you do!”
The Billing Department was nominated as a team. Christina, Mayra, Diana R, Nina, Carolina, Ana and Jasmine were nominated for working together and covering for each other, an example of good team work. “Good Job Girls!”
Ana Velasquez was nominated and thanked for doing such an awesome job catching bills that need corrections in such an efficient manner. Carolina Morfin-Mendoza was nominated and thanked for covering both of the positions of Billing and Payment Entry at the same time, while she was in training herself. Chris Luscia was nominated for doing an awesome job of keeping track of patient visits. “It is rare for him to be asked to complete a return to work questionnaire or progress report. This makes my job a lot easier-Thank you Chris!”. Christie Sanchez was nominated for helping out at the front desk and for helping the Medical Assistants in the morning before the 2nd shift comes on. “Thanks-we always appreciate your help!”. Christina Rodriguez was nominated for doing an awesome job training 2 people while covering other positions herself, “You are awesome!”. Daniel Santos was nominated for taking the time to label the supplies in the rooms and for making sure everything runs smoothly at the Medical Assistants desk. Edgar Cruz was nominated-“Edgar is the ultimate team player, he is always busy helping others when he is not doing his own responsibilities”. Fidel Parra was nominated for helping out wherever he is needed, including the front Desk and the Medical Assistants desk. Flor Contreras was nominated for being a good worker, always willing to help and for the knowledge she possess. Heather Duran was nominated as “her work ethics are off the charts. She is dedicated, loyal and leads Midtown with skill and professionalism”. Jessica Saucedo was nominated for learning her position at the front desk quickly and performing it well. “Her ability to remain calm is definitely an asset and a positive first impression for people who walk through our door’. Jorge Torres was nominated for “bringing positive energy to our team; it’s good to have him back!”. Mayra Morales was nominated and thanked for covering for the billing position while she was in training herself. Monica Flores was also nominated three times. “Monica is a professional at the front desk. She greets people with a smile and is extremely efficient with getting paperwork completed; she has improved patient wait times with her efficiency”. She was also nominated for being a hard worker and being a professional in difficult situations. She was nominated a third time for being helpful at the front desk, answering questions and making sure the front desk runs smooth. Ryan White was nominated for his positive attitude, “Thanks for all of your help, you never say no”. Tanya Rickett was nominated for being wonderful at what she does in her position for Client Services and for helping out with insurance calls and obtaining information to help people in other positions
We had many nominees again this month, it speak volumes about our staff when so many get nominated!
