Monica was nominated for:
  • Doing an AWESOME job at the front desk
  • Being a hard worker
  • Her ability to train
  • Being dependable and professional
  • Having a good attitude
  • Holding down the front desk at all times
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Excelling in professionalism and remaining calm when it get crazy busy
  As an expression of our appreciation, Monica received a Forever 21 gift card and a gift card to DSW Shoes totaling $200.00.  She will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber luncheon in May as Midtown’s guest.

A “shout out” to our Rehab Department as several employees were nominated this month.  Way to go therapists, “Thank you” from Midtown!

Allison Krumholz was nominated for being helpful around the department.  Also, for being willing to change her schedule to accommodate patients and for keeping a smile on her face.  Billie Smits was nominated twice-once for the hard and often unacknowledged work he does in Rehab. Thank you for doing the majority of laundry and physicals.  “He is also very fun to work with”.  Billy was also nominated for being helpful to others and wiping down the entire office with sanitizer to help keep us all germ free!  Carlos Zapata was nominated for coming in 3 days in a row while he was sick to cover for others who were out ill. Christina Rodriguez was nominated for helping when and wherever she is needed.  Fidel Parra was nominated for helping out at the front desk while still performing his Medical Assistant duties.   Fidel was nominated a second time for helping at the front desk and training while continuing to help the other Medical Assistants -“Great Job Fidel”.  Joanna Ibarra was nominated for covering for Christie Sanchez while she was out.    Jorge Torres was nominated for all the work he does in the Rehab Department.  “He is definitely a super MT in the department”.  He never gets flustered and is a great addition to the team.  Karina Alvarez was nominated for being a team player in the Medical Records Department.  Kevin Kirsch was nominated for having a great attitude and for asking questions about DPS and the Care IQ process. Kristen Shiramizu was nominated for greeting people with a smile, saying “Good morning” and asking how ones day is going.  Maritza Guzman was nominated for doing an awesome job obtaining referral authorizations.  Mayra Morales was nominated for being a great team player in the Billing Department and covering for others when they are absent. Nina Santana was nominated for doing an awesome job filling in at the front desk while working her own desk, “Keep up the positive attitude!”  Nina was nominated twice and thanked again for helping at the front desk.  Randy Moreno was nominated for helping with billing entry when needed  “You are awesome!”
Again, a SHOUT OUT to the Rehab Department, you were definitely shining stars this month!
