Christie has won employee of the month twice in consecutive years!
Christie was nominated for:
  • Going above and beyond to help others
  • Helping the Medical Assistants out with drug screens even though she is busy with her own work
  • Being willing to help out where she is needed
  • For jumping in and helping with drug screens when we are busy
  • Having a positive attitude when helping others
  • Covering the phones when assistance is needed
  • Being a team player and helping the Medical Assistants on extremely busy days
  As an expression of our appreciation Christie received a Target gift card in the amount of $200.00. She will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber luncheon in July as Midtown's guest.

 The Medical Records Department received a nomination this month.  “All of the girls in this department are awesome!  They each perform their own duties along with answering the incoming phone calls.” 
Ana Velasquez was nominated for being a “jack of all trades” and performing more than her own responsibilities.  She was also nominated for translating and helping out with drug screens.  She was nominated a 3rd time for helping with Medical Records and interpreting for the Physical Therapy Department.  Blanca Macias was nominated for being a great co-worker.  “She is always helping out at the front desk by answering questions and when it gets busy she helps with patients”.  She has a positive attitude.  Carolina Morfin was nominated for helping out with payment entry and working the aging report. She was nominated a 2nd time for assisting with payment entry and doing excellent in her new role. She was nominated a 3rd time for her willingness to help out wherever she is needed. AND she was nominated a 4th time for trying to get all her reports done before her maternity leave.    Christina Rodriguez was nominated for taking the time to work on some of our largest and most complicated accounts that are not assigned to her.  “Thanks for your hard work, you are a team player!”.   She was nominated a 2nd time for her great attitude, for being very helpful and for being a team player. She was nominated a 3rd time for helping with payment entry for month end. Daniel Santos was nominated for helping with checking out patients for other Medical Assistants while they were busy checking patients in.  Denise Pettenger was nominated for cleaning the kitchen. Diana Roque was nominated for “being an awesome possum” “she helps out with all positions and is a team player who is dedicated to her work”. She was nominated a 2nd time for helping to answer questions regarding batches and payment entry and she was complimented on her training skills.   Diana was nominated a 3rd time “She rocks as she makes herself available to help out when needed”. She was nominated a 4th time for doing an excellent job in training Randy and Karina on batch entry.  Edgar Cruz was nominated for giving his best at whatever he is asked to do…he always does his best when he helps others.  Edgar looks for ways to help, going above and beyond his own responsibilitiesFidel Parra was nominated for covering for a co-worker so they could go on breaks and lunch.     Israel Viurquez was nominated for being a team player and helping out beyond his responsibilities.  Jorge Torres was nominated, “You are the real MVP!  Thank you for always helping when it comes to getting a patient on the schedule at the last minute”.   Justin Shimkus was nominated for coming to work on his day off before he left on vacation because he knew we were going to be short staffed. “You are awesome!”.  Karina Alvarez was nominated for taking on new tasks and being driven, she is doing an amazing job.  She was nominated a 2nd time for having a great attitude while handling difficult situations. She was nominated a 3rd time for covering Medical Records and being a team player.  Maritza Guzman was nominated for her help with answering the incoming calls and for being a team player.  Mayra Morales was nominated 5 times!!! For doing a very good job in her new role and getting several old accounts paid.  Also for helping the entire department wherever she is needed.   She was nominated for helping out with payment entry without being asked to and for having a good attitude. She was nominated again for helping with payment entry for month end “thanks!”.  She was nominated another time for helping with payment entry while fulfilling her own responsibilities and her 5th nomination was for assisting with payment entry and for doing an awesome job in collections. Wow Mayra, you received a lot of recognition this month!  Michael Brown was nominated for answering incoming phone calls without being asked to do so.  Monica Flores was nominated “Monica has taken on training Sandra while continuing to excel at her other responsibilities.  She is a professional who works with both patients and employers well”.   She was nominated a 2nd time for answering questions and training others while she is extremely busy. Nina Santana was nominated for paying attention to detail while mastering her skills in data entry. Randy Moreno was nominated for doing an awesome job learning to bill for physicals and drug screens in addition to completing his own responsibilities.  “You Rock!”.  Richard Kraus was nominated for taking a volume of  physicals and accepting new patients in between.  Ryan White was nominated for never saying no to helping anyone-anywhere.  “You Rock-Thank You!”  He was nominated 2 more times for helping out everywhere and for always helping.   Svetlana Railsback was nominated for saving a man’s life.
Almost half of our Midtown staff was nominated this month!  This speaks volumes as to how we work as a team.  Midtown excels because of this teamwork and is grateful for employees who work so well together.
