Justin was nominated for:
  • Taking time away from his lunch to help a fellow employee who was uneasy about sharing difficult news with a patient
  • Working hard day in and day out
  • Helping out wherever he is needed
  • Being awesome
  • Having a golden personality
  • A tremendous help with drug screens and physicals
  • Being willing to teach
  • His sense of humor, even on the bad days
  • Working his bum off-everyday
  • Never hesitating to help
  As an expression of our appreciation for being an outstanding employee, Justin received a  Mile High Skydiving Center gift certificate in the amount of $200.00. He will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber Luncheon luncheon in February as Midtown’s guest.
Blanca Macias was nominated for helping at the front desk and lending a hand wherever needed. “You Rock Blanca!” Christie Sanchez was nominated for volunteering with moving charts to a new location. Grace Roberts was nominated for making herself available to help cover for breaks. Israel Viurquez was nominated for his positive attitude and for working with a smile-everyday! Maritza Guzman was nominated for helping with authorizations even though she is extremely busy. “Maritza you are the MVP”. She was also nominated for being a team player with a positive attitude, and for helping Shelly move charts. Mayra Morales was nominated for being a great team player-helping in any way she can in the billing department. Michelle Martinez was nominated for cleaning the patient waiting are when it was messy.  Monica Flores was nominated for being organized and professional, also for helping the medical assistants by calling them when their re-checks arrive.  Nina Santana was nominated accepting the front desk position with poise, for her dependability and for being helpful.  She was also nominated for how she shows kindness to others even though she is busy and how her smile shines through 100% of the time.  We appreciate Nina!  Randy Moreno was nominated for trudging through the snow on 1-17-17 carrying the frame for the FROM board.   Ruby Padilla was nominated for covering the front desk and asking if help is needed.  Also, for helping out other medical assistants when she was busy herself. Sandra Castellano was nominated for always going above and beyond to help others
We had a very busy month and it’s nice to see that many employees still found a way to shine through the busyness!
