Kyle Primeau is our Director of Rehabilitation Services
Kyle graduated from St. Francis University (PA) in 2011 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has been working for the last six years in orthopedic based Physical Therapy with experience in all age groups and activity levels.
Kyle’s continuing education has focused on manual therapy-based techniques and progressing knowledge on biomechanics and therapeutic exercise.
Dr. Alexa Sheppard attended DePauw University in Indiana where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. She went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in 2016.
After graduation, she practiced in Indianapolis while primarily treating sports injuries with Acupuncture and Integrative Trigger Point Dry Needling, as well as treating personal injury patients. Her primary goal for treatment is to help people recover from injury as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In her free time Alexa enjoys getting out into the mountains to ski and hike. She also enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, music, and exploring the Denver food scene.
Carla Earned her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in Pennsylvania.
She has 21 years of clinical experience in private out-patient orthopedic settings with a focus on shoulder, knee and ankle rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. Carla also has a background in vestibular rehabilitation and balance dysfunctions.
Carla’s personal goals include attempting to climb the Seven Summits. Besides mountain climbing, Carla enjoys bicycling, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, reading, volunteering and traveling internationally.
Sophia Floyd has extensive experience for 30+ years in therapy of patients with a variety of acute and chronic upper extremity diagnoses.
She received her certification in hand therapy in 1993 and has specialized in the treatment of hand therapy her entire career.
Member of the American Association of Hand Therapists and National Board of Occupational Therapists.
She enjoys nature/landscape photography, horseback riding and training, travel, and gardening.
Michael has over 25 years of experience in physical therapy helping to maximize function in a variety of settings in both Colorado & Hawaii. Michael has been working at Midtown Occupational Health service since 2020. His personal goals are having fun raising his children and his ongoing efforts to win The Powerball. His quote “Believe you can and you are halfway there.”

Kristen is the Referral Coordinator and a Licensed Massage Therapist, and graduated from Boulder School of Massage Therapy.
She has worked for 18 years at Midtown Occupational Health Services.
Registered and licensed occupational therapist for 45 years. Specializing since 1987 in job analysis, ergonomic evaluation, ADAA job description and consultation and functional capacity evaluations.
Brandy graduated from The Woodlands School of Massage in The Woodlands, TX, as licensed massage therapist and went on to get her certification as a medical massage practitioner in 2021. She had her own practice, Linked Massage Therapy, before relocating to Colorado. Brandy has 3 children that she loves spending her free time with as well as being an endurance athlete competing in Ironman triathlon races.
