Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Miscellaneous

You agree that Midtown Occupational Health Services shall have no liability for the deletion or failure to store any message or communication to other types of content that is transmitted or displayed on the Website. These T&C, including the Privacy Policy by incorporation, constitute the entire Agreement between you and Midtown Occupational Health Services regarding this Website and your use of the Website. Should any competent court of law find that any provision within these T&C be invalid, the invalidity of that particular section shall not have an effect on the remainder of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Midtown Occupational Health Services failure to enforce or exercise any right within these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
