As an expression of our appreciation for being an outstanding employee, Luis received a Target gift card in the amount of $200.00.
He will also be attending the Colorado Women’s Chamber luncheon in July as Midtown’s guest.

Blanca Macias and Diana Roque were nominated for their help (without hesitation) with notary services, they both rock and are great team players. Christie Sanchez was nominated for helping out with drug screens She was also nominated for consistently going the extra mile be it with finding charts, helping with drug screens or covering wherever she is asked to.  “Thanks Christie”, your willingness to help is greatly appreciated!  Christie was nominated a third time for helping cover for Karina.  Israel Viurquez was nominated for helping out wherever he is needed and for being good at covering all tasks.  He was also nominated for having an upbeat attitude which makes working with him very pleasant.  Karina Alvarez was nominated for her positive attitude along with her smile. Also for her willingness to help everyone- “You are awesome!”.  Karina was also nominated for being a very hardworking and patient person who is extremely helpful.  Even though she has a plateful of responsibilities, she will take time to help others.  Kyle Primeau was nominated for being the most laid back and generous therapist.  “He is level headed, calm and flexible!”   Maritza Guzman was nominated for helping the Medical Assistants out with their authorizations. It is a tremendous help “Hats off to Maritza”.  Mayra Morales was nominated for helping out at the front desk without being asked to. “Mayra Rocks!”  Olivia Carman was nominated for her work with Dr. Anderson and being successful. Nina Santana was nominated for doing a fantastic job opening the clinic.  She makes sure coffee is made, computers are on and then she greets patients with a smile “Thanks Nina”.   Roxana Guerrero was nominated for being reliable to help with new patients while the medical assistants are busy checking out other patients, and for being extremely nice.  Ruby Radilla was nominated for stepping up to the plate and helping with front desk coverage, “Thanks Ruby!”
